Halle Berry isn’t too happy with rapper Drake for using her pic on his song cover without asking her first.

On Friday, Halle put up a note on her Instagram saying, “Sometimes you have to be the bigger guy … even if you’re a woman!”

Someone then asked her on the post how she felt about Drake using a snap of her getting slimed at the 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards for his new jam “Slime You Out” with SZA. Halle was straight-up, “He didn’t ask me. Thought he was cooler than that!”

“Didn’t get my permission,” she said. “That’s not cool I thought better of him!”

“Hence my post today,” she added. “When people you admire disappoint you, you have to be the bigger person and move on.” 

Someone on Instagram asked Halle why she was mad, pointing out that Getty Images owns the pic.

Halle explained that Drake had directly asked her about using the photo, and she had clearly said no.

“Cuz he asked me and I said NO that’s why,” she responded sharply. “Why ask if you intend to do what you want to do! That was the f*** you to me. Not cool You get it?”

Drake hasn’t said anything about the pic yet, but it’s still up on his Instagram.

CBS News tried to get a comment from Drake’s team.
